Pressure proof testing ensures that tubes assemblies manufactured by Mundo-Tech can safely handle specified internal pressures without leaking, deforming, or failing. The component is filled with a noncompressible fluid, usually water or hydraulic oil, and pressurized to a predetermined level—often exceeding its typical operating pressure to test its structural and sealing integrity.

During the test, the following are evaluated:

Confirming that the component maintains its intended shape without bulging, swelling, or distortion.

Pressure Retention
Checking if the component can maintain pressure for a specified duration without any loss.

Leak Detection
Identifying any leaks or seepage that could signal potential weaknesses in the system.
